Successfully controlled the fire situation at the central market of Muong Xen town

(Baonghean.vn) - The fire broke out in the main hall, some people were trapped at the scene. Because the kiosks mainly sold clothes and shoes, the fire spread quickly and burned fiercely.

That was the hypothetical situation of the fire fighting and rescue drill organized by the People's Committee of Muong Xen Town (Ky Son) in coordination with Fire Police Department No. 6 on November 29.

As soon as the fire was discovered, the on-site fire fighting force quickly cut off the electricity, sprayed water to control the fire and called the fire police force.

Upon receiving the news, the soldiers of Fire Police Department No. 6 promptly mobilized 1 command vehicle, 1 fire truck and 16 officers and soldiers to the scene to fight the fire and rescue. After nearly 20 minutes, the fire was completely extinguished.

The drill has contributed to raising awareness, consciousness and responsibility of all levels, sectors and business households at the central market of Muong Xen town for fire prevention and fighting work, enhancing the ability to be on standby, ready to respond and handle fire and explosion situations of fire prevention and fighting forces.
