No welcoming art program, no buying of gifts at the Party Congress at commune and ward levels in Nghe An
That is the latest direction of the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee stated by the Provincial Party Committee Office in Official Dispatch No. 2731-CV/VPTU (dated August 4, 2025) on some contents of organizing Party Congresses at commune and ward levels.
On July 29, 2025, the Provincial Party Committee Office issued Official Dispatch No. 2740-CV/VPTU on the sample program and script for the Congress; on July 30, 2025, the Provincial Party Committee Office issued Official Dispatch No. 2742-CV/VPTU on adjusting the sample program and script for the Congress.
Implementing the direction of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, in order to ensure that the Congress is organized in a solemn and practical spirit, avoiding formality and waste, the Provincial Party Office requests that Party Committees of communes and wards seriously implement the following contents:
1. Do not organize a cultural program to welcome the Congress.
2. Stop buying gifts for delegates attending the Congress.
