World's leading luxury resort in Vietnam

InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort was honored for the third time by the World Travel Awards in the category of World's Leading Luxury Resort.

At the World Travel Awards 2016 (WTA) Final Gala held on December 2 in Maldives (Republic of Maldives), InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort surpassed many representatives from around the world to win the important category of World's Leading Luxury Resort.

InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort became the first resort in WTA history to win this award three consecutive years 2014, 2015 and 2016.

The resort, invested by Sun Group and managed by InterContinental Hotels Group, surpassed 13 excellent candidates from continents with the highest number of votes.

Voting is conducted by leading industry experts, senior executives in the resort tourism sector, travel agents, service users and the public.

Representative of InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort received the award.
