Encourage people of all walks of life to learn about administrative procedures and public services

In response to the 2019 Administrative Reform Year, the Provincial People's Committee organized an online contest on the Nghe An Provincial Electronic Information Portal in 2019 on "Learning about administrative procedure control activities and providing and using public services".

The contest aims to propagate and disseminate the basic content of legal documents on administrative procedure control and provision and use of online public services for cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and people of all walks of life in the province when performing administrative procedures.

Accordingly, all Vietnamese citizens living, working and studying in Nghe An province have the right to participate in the contest.

How to enter:

Candidates access the Provincial Electronic Information Portal (www.nghean.gov.vn), go to the online contest section "Learn about administrative procedure control activities and provide and use public services" or go to the address: tracnghiemkstthc.gov.vn to register for the contest procedure and complete the contest entry.

The contest takes place in the form of an online test, lasting 4 weeks, with results announced once a week, starting at 8:00 a.m. on May 6, 2019 and ending at 8:00 a.m. on June 3, 2019. Each contestant can participate in the contest multiple times in each contest week.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dinh Viet Hong emphasized that the contest plays an important role in contributing to improving the effectiveness of state management, cutting down on time and financial costs for individuals and businesses in complying with administrative procedures.

In order for the contest to be widely publicized and attract a large number of people, agencies and units are requested to carry out the assigned tasks. Specifically, provincial departments, branches, sectors, unions, People's Committees of districts, cities, towns, universities, colleges, intermediate schools, high schools in the province, the Provincial Youth Union... need to have written notices, propaganda and instructions for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in their agencies and units to participate. At the same time, mobilize and encourage all classes of people in the province to actively participate and respond./.
