Encourage the establishment of student clubs

The Ministry of Education and Training has just issued a document guiding the Departments of Education and Training, universities, colleges and pedagogical colleges to carry out political education tasks and student affairs in 2017-2018.

Accordingly, a notable task to be carried out this school year is to strengthen the organization of reading rooms, parent bookcases, and classroom bookcases to create conditions for students to read, be passionate about, and love books.

Schools need to establish clubs, organize forums and encourage students to participate in order to develop their qualities and life skills. Thereby creating a good environment for learners to improve their foreign language skills.

It is especially necessary to coordinate the organization of educational activities, instructing learners on how to use and exploit information on the internet right in schools with appropriate and effective content and forms.
