Kia Optima 2019 improved interior and exterior design
The 2019 Kia Optima has just been introduced by the Korean car company in its home market with some improvements in interior and exterior design.

There will be 3 engine options on the Kia Optima 2019, including 2 gasoline engines and 1 diesel engine. The first engine 2.0L CVVL produces 163 horsepower and 196 Nm of maximum torque. The second engine 2.0L LPI produces 153 horsepower and 196 Nm of torque when combined with a manual transmission, and 151 horsepower and 194 Nm of torque when combined with an automatic transmission.
In addition, the 1.7L diesel engine produces 141 horsepower and 340 Nm of torque. Transmission options for the 2019 Optima facelift will include a 6-speed manual, 6-speed automatic and 7-speed dual-clutch automatic (diesel and turbocharged only).
This is just an improved version, so the Kia Optima 2019 only changes a few small details in appearance. The vertical grille is slimmer while still retaining the characteristic "tiger nose" shape of Kia cars, while the headlight cluster switches to using modern LED technology.

Compared to the previous version, the car also has a neater rear end and new alloy wheels. The rear bumper has been repositioned, some details have been adjusted for more style, and the rear LED lights have new graphics.
The interior of the car remains the same as the old design except for a new steering wheel and a more luxurious leather seat option. The car is equipped with paddle shifters, Start/Stop button, 2-zone air conditioning. In addition, the interior is also equipped with LED lights and an upgraded infotainment system.

Kia has yet to announce pricing for the 2019 Optima.
