New generation Kia Rio priced under 15,000 USD
Completely redesigned, the fourth-generation B-segment sedan will go on sale in the US early next month starting at $14,795.
The base LX sedan starts at $14,795. The S starts at $16,995, and the top-of-the-line EX starts at $19,295. Picking the hatchback adds $300 to each trim.

The 2018 Rio features Kia's signature tiger-nose grille and new headlights. The car's dimensions have also increased to provide more spacious space for users. The sedan is 4,384 mm long and 4,065 mm for the 5-door version.
To get a good price, the standard LX manual version has cut down on many equipment but is still rated higher than the Ford Fiesta and Mitsubishi Mirage. Specifically, the standard version will not have electric windows, cruise control, electric power steering, electric seats.
From the S version will be more advanced, the cabin is not too spacious but equipped with many advanced technologies such as: Bluetooth connection, 6-speaker stereo system with satellite radio and rear camera system. 7-inch touch screen interface (only available on the EX version), as well as the UVO3 voice-controlled infotainment system compatible with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

Standard safety features include six airbags, electronic stability control (ESC), ABS brakes, hill-start assist and vehicle stability control.
All versions are equipped with a 1.6-liter Gamma 4-cylinder engine, producing 130 horsepower and 161 Nm of torque.
The new generation Kia Rio will be sold in the US from October and will then be available in other markets.
