In this document, Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee Pham Ngoc Nghi criticized the Director of the Department of Health, the Department of Finance, and the Chairman of Cu Kuin District People's Committee for not strictly implementing the province's policy: to apologize to the people when work is delayed (Directive 18).
In Krong Nang district alone, since the beginning of the year, there have been 360 overdue cases, but the district's agencies and units have not sent any documents to apologize to the people.
The Provincial People's Committee requested the Chairman of the People's Committee of Krong Nang district to seriously review and learn from experience in implementing Directive 18. At the same time, he must rectify the spirit and attitude of serving the people and review the responsibilities of relevant organizations and individuals, and report to the Provincial People's Committee before September 25.
