Review of collective and individual performance of leaders and managers of the Provincial Party Committee Office.

On the afternoon of November 27th, in accordance with the plan of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Office organized a conference to review the performance of collective and individual leaders and managers in 2023.

The conference focused on reviewing the collective leadership and individual performance of the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee Office. Through this, it analyzed and clarified the strengths, weaknesses, limitations, and shortcomings in 2023, as well as the direction and measures to overcome these shortcomings in the future.

In 2023, the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee Office strictly adhered to the principles and regulations of the Party, the working regulations of the Provincial Party Committee, and the system of regulations and rules of the Provincial Party Committee Office. Based on the functions, tasks, and work program of the Provincial Party Committee, the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee Office systematically developed and issued work plans, clearly defining key monthly tasks, work completion deadlines, assigning leaders to be in charge, and having specialized departments take the lead in advising and implementing, successfully achieving the set goals, targets, and tasks.

The leadership team of the Provincial Party Committee Office has closely followed the political tasks of the Provincial Party Committee, focusing on effectively directing the implementation of advisory and comprehensive tasks in various fields, coordinating and advising the Party Committee to concretize and implement directives from the Central and Provincial levels through resolutions, action programs, and specific plans, in accordance with the local conditions, ensuring timeliness and quality to meet the requirements of the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee's Executive Board.

The Provincial Party Committee Office effectively advises the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee on policies, principles, and regulations for managing the Party's finances and assets, as well as the budget revenue and expenditure system applied within the Party's organizational structure from the provincial level to local and unit levels.

At the same time, it is important to effectively lead, direct, and organize the implementation of the procedures for registering, issuing, processing, monitoring, and resolving issued documents; registering, monitoring, and managing documents sent by other agencies, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, security, confidentiality, preventing information leaks or document loss, minimizing errors, and better meeting the requirements of the agency's political tasks...

In his remarks at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Van Thong expressed strong agreement with the review report; highly appreciated the results achieved by the Provincial Party Committee Office in 2023 and hoped that the leadership team of the Provincial Party Committee Office would continue to promote unity and work together to provide even better advice to the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee Office focus on overcoming the shortcomings and limitations mentioned in the review report. In particular, attention should be paid to the work of advising on and evaluating, preparing the necessary conditions (regarding documents, content, etc.) for a number of Party committee meetings and conferences; and finalizing the minutes of Party committee meetings. Administrative reform, digital transformation, especially the application of information technology and the deployment of the VNPT-IOFFICE integrated digital signature operational management software, should also be prioritized. In addition, attention should be paid to leading, directing, inspecting, and supervising the financial and asset management at subordinate units.
