Review of the collective and individual leaders and managers of the Provincial Party Committee Office

On the afternoon of November 27, implementing the Plan of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Office held a conference to review collective and individual leaders and managers in 2023.

The conference focused on reviewing the collective leadership and individual leaders of the Provincial Party Committee Office. Thereby, analyzing and clarifying the advantages, disadvantages as well as limitations and shortcomings in 2023 and directions and measures to overcome the shortcomings in the coming time.

In 2023, the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee Office strictly complied with the principles and regulations of the Party, the working regulations of the Provincial Party Committee and the system of regulations and rules of the Provincial Party Committee Office. Based on the functions, tasks and work program of the Provincial Party Committee, the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee Office methodically developed and issued work plans, clearly identified key monthly tasks, work completion progress, assigned responsible leaders, and specialized departments to take the lead in advising on implementation, and successfully completed the set goals, targets and tasks.

The collective leadership of the Provincial Party Committee Office has closely followed the political tasks of the Provincial Party Committee, focused on directing the effective implementation of advisory and synthesis tasks in all fields, coordinated to advise the Party Committee to concretize and implement the directive documents of the Central and the province through resolutions, action programs, and specific plans, suitable to the actual conditions of the locality, ensuring timeliness and quality to meet the requirements of the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

The Provincial Party Committee Office has performed well the advisory work for the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee on policies, principles, and regimes for financial and asset management of the Party, and the budget revenue and expenditure regime applied in the Party agency system from the provincial to local and unit levels.

At the same time, lead, direct and organize the implementation of the process of registration, issuance, processing, monitoring and resolution of issued documents; register, monitor and manage documents sent by agencies, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, safety and confidentiality, preventing information leakage or loss of documents, limiting errors, and increasingly better meeting the requirements of performing the agency's political tasks...

Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Van Thong highly agreed with the review report; highly appreciated the results achieved by the Provincial Party Committee Office in 2023 and hoped that the collective leadership of the Provincial Party Committee Office would continue to promote solidarity and unity to better advise the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee Office to focus on overcoming the shortcomings and limitations mentioned in the review report. In particular, it is necessary to pay attention to the work of consulting, appraising, preparing conditions (documents, content...) to serve a number of meetings and conferences of the Party Committee; completing the minutes of the Party Committee's conferences. Administrative reform, digital transformation, especially the application of information technology, deploying the software for operating operations integrated with digital signature VNPT-IOFFICE. In addition, it is necessary to pay attention to the leadership, direction, inspection and supervision of financial and asset management at affiliated units.
