During the working process with Dong and Tinh, Quynh Luu District Police further clarified the gambling behavior in the form of buying and selling lottery numbers of the two subjects.

Expanding the investigation, the police discovered 3 subjects involved in the above mentioned acts, including: Nguyen Luong D. (born in 1985), Nguyen An T. (born in 1993) and Vi Van T. (born in 1983), all residing in Quynh Thang commune, Quynh Luu district. The authorities have proven that the amount of money the subjects used for gambling was 14,580,000 VND.

On September 8, Quynh Luu District Police are completing the case file to prosecute the case and prosecute Hoang Van Dong and Nguyen Duy Tinh for the crime of "Gambling"; at the same time, they are preparing a file to punish violations of regulations on Covid-19 prevention and control with a fine of 2 million VND/subject. Nguyen Luong D, Nguyen An T. and Vi Van T. were administratively punished for gambling.
