(Baonghean.vn) - On March 9, Fire Police Department No. 5 under the Fire Police of Nghe An province conducted fire safety inspections at a number of companies, units, and business establishments in Yen Thanh district.

At the Nghe An Testing and Production Center located in Cong Thanh Commune, the police force inspected the documents and inspected the fire prevention plan and tools. This is a cassava starch production and processing unit, using many machines and electrical equipment, so there is a risk of fire and explosion. Through inspection, the fire prevention signs and fire fighting equipment are fully equipped in quantity and are in good working condition. The safety status of the electrical system, lightning protection system and grounding in the factory ensures good fire and explosion prevention.

In addition to investing in adequate fire prevention and fighting equipment and means, the factory's on-site fire fighting force is always trained in fire prevention and fighting skills. Up to now, 100% of officers and employees have participated in fire prevention and fighting training courses.
