At Division 324, the working group comprehensively inspected all aspects of logistics support, focusing on regular logistics support, combat-ready reserve logistics such as production areas, accommodation, and especially logistics support for new soldiers. In 2016, the unit was assigned to receive and train more than 2,800 new soldiers.

After directly inspecting, on behalf of the working delegation, Major General Phan Ba ​​Dan commended the efforts and attempts in logistics support work of Division 324.
