Inspecting the publication and use of Party newspapers in Anh Son, Con Cuong

(Baonghean.vn)-On the 10th and 11th, the working delegation led by comrade Lam Van Doan - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Newspaper, together with representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the Provincial Ethnic Committee, inspected a number of Party cells and villages on the purchase and use of Party newspapers in Anh Son, Con Cuong.

The purchase and use of party newspapers are regulated in Directive 11 of the Politburo, Directive 03 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Decision 633 of the Prime Minister on the delivery and use of 20 newspapers for organizations and individuals in ethnic minority and particularly disadvantaged areas.

The inspection team conducted a field inspection at Cao Veu 3 village, Phuc Son commune (Anh Son).

Among the 5 remote villages that benefited from the policy of the Party Committee of Phuc Son commune, the delegation inspected 2 villages Cao Veu 3 and Cao Veu 1. Here, the subjects who were provided with newspapers all confirmed that the postman delivered the newspaper once a month (sometimes as early as one week, but very rarely). There were prestigious people who were also the village chiefs who did not have Nghe An and Nhan Dan newspapers, and the subjects all lacked some newspapers.

The prestigious person Le Van Viet in Cao Veu 1 village, Phuc Son commune (Anh Son) received quite a lot of newspapers.

Working with Anh Son District Party Committee, after listening to the actual report from the working group, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee received the information and requested the Propaganda Department to inspect and direct units to supplement the number of newspapers to provide to the focal points, the Department of Education to end the situation of cutting newspapers during the summer vacation of school party cells. The Postal Service must inspect and take immediate corrective measures so that the beneficiaries can enjoy their rights, promote the effectiveness of the press in information dissemination work to serve the political tasks of the locality.

The Standing Committee of Anh Son District Party Committee received the opinions of the working delegation and directed relevant departments and branches in the work of publishing Party newspapers.

In Con Cuong district, the inspection team inspected the receipt and use of newspapers at the Party cell secretaries and prestigious people in 4 villages of Chi Khe and Mau Duc communes. Accordingly, there is still a lack of some specialized newspapers, but the Party newspaper is complete, delivery is done 3 times a week, and storage and use are quite good.

Secretary of the Party Cell Quang Thi Xuan of Na Duoi village, Mau Duc commune (Con Cuong) often uses newspapers to propagate to the people.

The prestigious person Lo Hong Thai in Lien Dinh village, Chi Khe commune (Con Cuong) received the newspaper in full and used it regularly.

At the working session with the leaders of Con Cuong district, the working delegation hoped that departments and branches would continue to direct the purchase and use of Nghe An newspaper, Nhan Dan newspaper, Communist magazine, and Party building magazine in full compliance with regulations.

On behalf of the working delegation, comrade Lam Van Doan acknowledged the results of the work of publishing, using party newspapers and delivering newspapers in Con Cuong district.

On October 12 and 13, the working group will continue to inspect this content in Tuong Duong and Ky Son districts.
