In Chieu Luu commune, although the district had previously inspected and urged, at the time of inspection, most civil servants did not wear badges; some offices did not have nameplates; the assignment of tasks for receiving people and handling administrative records at the commune People's Committee office was unclear; some office staff were absent for long periods of time but the commune leaders did not assign other staff to replace them; the commune had not yet developed a program and work plan for the entire term and each month to evaluate the performance of civil servants; the arrangement of the one-stop-shop for handling was still chaotic; the commune had not yet publicly posted the set of administrative procedures.
At the People's Committee of Muong Xen town, the phenomenon of civil servants being late or absent from work still exists; although the number of transactions is large, the People's Committee of the town has not publicly posted the set of administrative procedures...

Since the beginning of the year, the district has inspected 3 out of 21 communes and towns. |
On behalf of the leaders of Ky Son District People's Committee, Comrade La Van Chanh - Vice Chairman of Ky Son District People's Committee respectfully accepted the comments and suggestions of the inspection team and committed to promptly overcome the limitations and report to the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee to have a plan to strengthen inspection and urge administrative discipline in the communes in the coming time.
