In recent times, the Department of Finance has paid regular attention to reviewing the system of legal documents and administrative procedures. The implementation of the "one-stop" mechanism and the application of information technology in the agency's operations have created favorable conditions for the effective implementation of the reception, settlement and control of administrative procedures.

The Department's administrative procedures are received and resolved promptly and on time according to regulations for organizations and individuals in need. In which, the results of resolving administrative procedures under the authority of the Department of Finance (from January 1, 2014 to October 15, 2015): 450 records in the field of budget finance; 650 records in the field of price; 17 records in the field of inspection. In 2014, the Department reviewed the administrative procedures under its authority with the following contents: proposing to abolish some administrative procedures in the fields of corporate finance and price. At the same time, proposing to amend some contents in the fields of financial inspection and examination, the field of budget finance; proposing to supplement some administrative procedures in the field of price such as: procurement and management of public asset prices and price declaration, price registration, etc.

After controlling the implementation of administrative procedures of the specialized departments of the Department of Finance, the Working Group acknowledged the results achieved by the unit in implementing administrative procedure control.

However, the Department's administrative procedure control activities still have some contents that need to be noted, such as: The consultation and announcement of administrative procedures under the authority to resolve in some areas is still slow and not in accordance with regulations. The announcement of administrative procedures under the authority to resolve has not met the requirements and is not complete according to regulations.
The working group suggested that in the coming time, the Department of Finance should continue to pay attention to the control of administrative procedures. Direct the Departments, offices, and affiliated units to seriously handle administrative procedures for organizations and individuals when requested, such as: Publicly and fully posting administrative procedures under their authority; ensuring the time to handle administrative procedures...; Seriously advising the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to announce administrative procedures under their authority (including all 3 levels: province, district, commune) according to the Decisions on announcing administrative procedures of the Ministry of Finance; Proactively synthesizing difficulties, obstacles, and inadequacies in the implementation of administrative procedures to report to the Provincial People's Committee or competent authorities for resolution and removal...
