Representatives of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee reported on the results of 2014.

In 2014, the Fatherland Front Committees at all levels organized 1,804 training conferences on studying and understanding the policies and resolutions of the Party, State, and Vietnam Fatherland Front for over 177,159 people. To commemorate the founding day of the Vietnam National United Front and the National Unity Day, in addition to rallies, solidarity meals, and visits to families of policy beneficiaries, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee launched the "Green Sunday" movement. The "Day for the Poor" campaign continued to achieve significant results, with over 28 billion VND mobilized across three levels of the fund. The campaign "All people unite to build a cultured life in residential areas associated with building new rural areas and civilized urban areas" was implemented. As a result, in 2014, 89% of families in Nghe An province were recognized as cultured families. Over 24 billion VND in funding was provided to disadvantaged residential areas and communes...

Besides the achievements, there are still some limitations, such as: The effectiveness of propaganda and dissemination of the Party's policies and the State's laws is not high. The coordinated action of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and its member organizations in some areas is not consistent in the fight against corruption and ensuring traffic safety.

In 2015, the Provincial Fatherland Front continued to promote the dissemination of the Party's policies and resolutions, effectively implementing the Front's social monitoring and criticism program according to Politburo Decisions 217 and 218. It also expanded people-to-people diplomacy and strengthened international solidarity. Furthermore, it successfully implemented the twinning program between villages along the border between Nghe An and provinces of neighboring Laos.
