Checking the implementation of Circular 24/BQP at Regiment 764

(Baonghean.vn) -In accordance with the Military Region's inspection plan, on the afternoon of April 17th, a working group from the Political Department of Military Region 4, led by Colonel Doan Ngoc Son - Deputy Head of the Political Department of Military Region 4, inspected the implementation of Circular 24/2009 dated May 25, 2009, of the Ministry of National Defense "Regulations and guidelines on standards of cultural and spiritual life in the Vietnam People's Army" at Regiment 764, Provincial Military Command.

The working group inspected the decoration of the Ho Chi Minh Room at the battalion.

After hearing the situation report, the working group proceeded to inspect the unit's Party and political work activities, with a focus on the implementation of Circular 24. The group inspected the operational procedures and routines, as well as the Party work supplies ensuring the material and spiritual well-being of the regiment's officers and soldiers as stipulated in the circular, such as (televisions, video players, karaoke systems, speakers, musical instruments, bookshelves, books, newspapers, magazines, decorations for the traditional room and offices, etc.).

At the conclusion of the inspection, the Military Region's working group concluded that the Party Committee and Command of Regiment 764, Nghe An Provincial Military Command, had focused on investing funds to ensure the provision of new equipment, supplementing and replacing equipment and supplies for Party and political work in accordance with regulations; and had paid attention to building a unit with a "green, clean, and beautiful" environment. The working group also pointed out shortcomings in the implementation of the circular and directed the unit to rectify them, ensuring the spiritual well-being of officers and soldiers at the company and battalion levels.
