Recommendations for handling tens of billions of VND following inspection.

(Baonghean.vn) - According to data from the Provincial People's Committee, in the first four months of 2013, the entire inspection sector of Nghe An province conducted 60 socio-economic inspections, thereby discovering a number of economic violations and recommending the handling of 11,860 million VND (including recommendations for recovery of 2,931 million VND and other recommendations totaling 8,929 million VND).

Accordingly, the inspection agency recommended administrative sanctions against 8 individuals for violations, resulting in the collection of 1,862 million VND. In addition, the Inspection sector conducted 41 specialized inspections at 297 units, issuing 111 administrative penalty decisions against 118 individuals and organizations for violations, totaling 341 million VND.

In April 2013 alone, the entire sector conducted 35 administrative inspections at 96 units, uncovering economic violations in 13 units totaling 1.1 billion VND and 300 square meters of land; and carried out 14 specialized inspections targeting 105 individuals and organizations with violations, resulting in total fines of 64 million VND.
