The canopies and kiosks after being cleared have returned the roads and sidewalks clear, ensuring traffic safety and urban order.

In the area opposite the hospital, there are many kiosks built quite solidly. After being cleared, the authorities installed containers, blocking them from entering.illegal trading.
In addition, all areas in front of the gate and opposite the hospital have forces from the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order (PC06) - Nghe An Provincial Police, Vinh City Police, the City Urban Order Management Team, and Nghi Phu Commune authorities on duty 24/7 to ensure that traders do not re-encroach after clearance.

Mr. Pham Hoai Dung - Officer of the Vinh City Urban Order Management Team said: After the clearance on November 30, during this time, regardless of day or night, the forces were assigned to be on duty 24/7, determined to prevent the situation from recurring.encroachment, the sidewalk in front of the Provincial General Hospital has been taking place for many years. Despite the cold and rainy weather in recent days, the brothers still stick to the area, determined to carry out their duties.
This is a large-scale clearance operation, coordinated between the city and Nghe An Provincial Police, the spirit of the city is to completely handle the situation of insecurity, disorder, and urban beauty that has existed in this area in recent years. Therefore, the city's forces will also be assigned to be on duty throughout the coming time, until all activities are in order before temporarily stopping.

Regarding the long-term plan, Vinh City People's Committee has just issued Official Dispatch No. 6633/UBND-QLDT on implementing the Plan to clear and handle violations of traffic safety corridors and public order in the area of Nghe An General Hospital.
Accordingly, the city directed the People's Committee of Nghi Phu commune to study the planning of a concentrated area for households and individuals to use for business and trade, serving the essential needs of patients and their relatives when coming to Nghe An General Hospital. In the immediate future, it is agreed that households and individuals will use the planned land of the 24m road behind the hospital for temporary business and trade according to the Plan of the Provincial Police. The People's Committee of Nghi Phu commune manages this temporary business area to ensure security, order, fire prevention and fighting, etc.
The Vinh City Urban Order Management Team coordinated with the PC06 Department and the Vinh City Police to determine the locations for speed bumps, pedestrian walkways, warning lights and installation of signs. Mobilized maximum forces and vehicles, prepared warehouses and temporary holding areas, coordinated with the working group of the Provincial Police to load and unload illegal items.
The city assigned Vinh Urban Infrastructure Management and Development Joint Stock Company to build speed bumps, pedestrian walkways, warning lights and install signs according to the proposal of Department PC06.

For Nghe An General Hospital, Vinh City recommends that this unit open an additional back gate as an exit for patients' relatives (only use the main gate (East) as the entrance to the hospital - except for ambulances and official vehicles); At the same time, upgrade the quality and utilities of auxiliary services inside the hospital, limiting the need arising from outside.
Hospitals need to improve quality, reduce prices of goods and services, and be competitive to attract and meet the needs of patients and their families right on the premises. At the same time, they need to propagate in many forms (directly, on billboards, warnings of food safety risks...) so that people can understand and apply, and limit shopping in front of the hospital gate...
