Overseas Vietnamese offer flowers to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 27, the delegation attending the Conference connecting overseas Vietnamese with localities came to offer flowers and commemorate President Ho Chi Minh in front of his statue at Ho Chi Minh Square, Vinh City, Nghe An.

Attending the ceremony on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs were Ambassador Luong Thanh Nghi - Vice Chairman of the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese, along with representatives of central ministries, departments and branches. On behalf of Nghe An province, there were comrade Le Ngoc Hoa - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, leaders of the Department of Foreign Affairs.
During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh always paid special attention to overseas Vietnamese and laid the foundation for the formation of the Party and State's policies and guidelines for overseas Vietnamese over the past half century.

At the flower offering ceremony, leaders of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nghe An province and representatives of overseas Vietnamese in 23 countries and territories expressed their deep respect for the great ideology and noble life of President Ho Chi Minh - the genius leader of the Vietnamese revolution, national liberation hero, outstanding cultural celebrity; at the same time, vowed to always strengthen solidarity, promote the strength of great national solidarity, join hands to build the homeland and the country to develop more and more.
