Earlier, Mr. Omelyan said that the Ministry of Infrastructure has developed a project, according to which it proposes to stop rail and bus traffic with Russia. According to him, after the document comes into force, from Ukraine "only bears" will come to Russia.
"Let Russian citizens bring their relatives back home. I think Ukraine is much better in terms of ecology and security," Omelyan told the "Pryamoi" TV channel.
This is how he answered the question, what should Ukrainians who have relatives in Russia do in case of severance of contacts with Russia.
Mr. Omelyan also said that the Ministry of Infrastructure has checked "underground" transport companies that transport passengers to the Kiev-controlled territories of Lugans and Donetsk.
