North Korea is ready to talk to US President Donald Trump about the nuclear crisis, but only if Russian President Putin is also invited.

North Korea is prepared to negotiate an end to the nuclear weapons crisis if Russia comes forward, Russian officials have said, according to DailyStar.
Vitaly Pashin, a top member of Russian President Vladimir Putin's administration, made the game-changing announcement after a visit to North Korea.
"North Korea is now ready for negotiations with the United States with the participation of Russia as a third party," Vitaly said.
However, Pyongyang’s recent intercontinental ballistic missile test is creating new tensions between North Korea and the US. US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson has stressed that any negotiations must end with North Korea abandoning its nuclear program – something Pyongyang has so far refused to do.
Meanwhile, Russia has long wanted a peaceful end to the crisis and even rejected Trump's call to cut all ties with Pyongyang.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said: "We see this negatively. We have repeatedly stated that the pressure of sanctions has ended."
