By March 31, petroleum businesses that do not issue electronic invoices for each sale will be penalized.

(Baonghean.vn) - Currently in Nghe An, retail gas stations are actively investing in infrastructure to apply electronic invoices for each sale according to regulations of the Ministry of Finance. After March 31, 2024, if gas stations do not implement this, the authorities will impose sanctions.
Tax sector strengthens management and use of electronic invoices in petroleum business

(Baonghean.vn) - The General Department of Taxation has issued Official Dispatch No. 5080/TCT-DNL dated November 13, 2023 requesting tax authorities at all levels to urgently grasp the current situation of implementing electronic invoices for each sale of gasoline.
