(Baonghean.vn) - In a meeting with fans a few days ago, the leaders of Nam Dinh Club confirmed that the equitization plan is gradually being completed. The initial budget of the new V.League team was also announced.

After concerns that Nam Dinh FC's leadership is carrying out equitization procedures too slowly compared to the schedule to meet the criteria of the V.League Organizing Committee, football fans in the South can temporarily rest assured before the new season.

A few days ago, the leaders of Nam Dinh Club made moves, affirming that they are urgently preparing for equitization into a professional football joint stock company. It is expected that by the beginning of February, Nam Dinh Club will fully meet the standards to participate in the National Football Championship.

In addition, the Nam Dinh football team will receive 35 billion VND from the local budget and attract an additional 10 billion VND from Nam Dinh football-loving benefactors. If everything goes well, the figure of 45 billion in 2018 may increase further.

This figure is considered significant compared to the current personnel difficulties that Nam Dinh Club is facing. However, this amount is still a modest amount compared to the cost of a team in V.League.

With 45 billion VND, the team from Thanh Nam will invest in youth training, adding many new quality factors to be able to stand firm at the highest level of Vietnamese football.

To prepare for the new season, Nam Dinh Club's board of directors has decided to keep key players Pham Van Thuan, Dinh Viet Tu, and Pham Duc Anh. In addition, Nam Dinh's coaching board will conduct a trial for foreign players starting from January 20.

To kick off the new season, coach Nguyen Van Sy and his team had a friendly match against FLC Thanh Hoa at Thien Truong Stadium today (January 6).

Currently, the list of football teams competing in V.League with modest financial resources also includes S. Khanh Hoa BVN, SLNA.

Currently, the Nghe An team has 30 billion/year to spend on the first team and 25 billion to maintain and ensure youth training. As for Nam Dinh, they will face more difficulties if they do not increase their funding because they have professionalized and no longer receive "backing" from the local budget./.
