Timely prevention of a group of more than 50 teenagers gathering to race illegally
The subjects are all between the ages of 15 and 20, mainly residing in Vinh city and neighboring districts.
On the evening of March 31, Team 373 of Nghe An Provincial Police organized a patrol on key routes of Vinh city, including 72m - Cua Lo, National Highway 1, Lam River and the regulating lake. Thereby, the police discovered and arrested more than 30 young people, aged 15 to 20, residing in Vinh city and neighboring districts.

The subjects violated many acts such as riding a motorbike without a license plate, not wearing a helmet, not having a driver's license, not registering the vehicle, etc. The authorities drew up 21 administrative violation records, temporarily seized 17 motorbikes, and 1 weapon (sword).

According to statistics, in just two days, March 30 and 31, Team 373 of Nghe An Provincial Police promptly detected, prevented and arrested more than 50 teenagers (from 15 to 20 years old), and seized 34 violating vehicles.
These subjects did not have a driver's license, did not have vehicle documents and committed many serious violations such as removing or covering license plates, weaving, speeding, recklessly overtaking, not wearing helmets, and lacking rearview mirrors. In addition, the subjects also gathered to cause public disorder and carried weapons, posing a potential risk of causing injury.
