Information from the Road Traffic Police Team No. 2, under the Provincial Police Traffic Police Department, said that after Nghe An Newspaper published information at 11:53 a.m. on January 6, at the intersection on N5 Road, through Nghi Loc District, a HOWO car with license plate 37H - 046.16 traveling from Nghi Loc to Do Luong deliberately passed 5 cars stopped at a red light, went all the way to the opposite lane, and confronted other vehicles on N5 Road. After verification, on the evening of January 6, Road Traffic Police Team No. 2 contacted both the car owner and the driver to come to work.

Here, the driver of the HOWO car with license plate 37H - 046.16, with the above violation, confessed to being D.XH (born in 1976), residing in Minh Chau commune, Dien Chau district, Nghe An province.
During the investigation, driver D.XH admitted to driving the HOWO car with license plate 37H – 046.16 illegally overtaking at noon on the same day on N5 road. At the same time, the driver acknowledged his violation and promised not to repeat the offense.

According to the handling officer of Road Traffic Police Team No. 2, based on Point d, Clause 5, Article 5 of Decree 100/2019/ND-CP amended by Point d, Clause 34, Article 2 of Decree 123/2021/ND-CP, for the act of overtaking in cases where overtaking is not allowed, the driver of the D.XH vehicle will be fined from 4-6 million VND and have his/her driving license revoked for 1-3 months.
