Timely verification of HOWO truck driver illegally overtaking on National Highway 7
After receiving information from local residents about a HOWO car recklessly overtaking, endangering other vehicles on National Highway 7C, Traffic Police Team No. 2 promptly verified and handled the situation.
According to information from Road Traffic Police Team No. 2, under the Provincial Police Traffic Police Department, at 1:00 p.m. on August 25, the team received information reflecting that a HOWO car with license plate 37H - 037.60 was recklessly overtaking on National Highway 7C.
Realizing that this was a violation of the law, causing disorder in traffic safety, and a high risk of traffic accidents, that same afternoon, Road Traffic Police Team No. 2 sent a working group to verify and invite the driver to come to work.

Here, the driver of the HOWO car with license plate 37H - 037.60, with the above violation, confessed to being TVT (born in 1977), residing in Dai Son commune, Do Luong district, Nghe An province. Along with admitting to the violation at 9:00 a.m. on August 25, 2024, at Km40, through Do Luong district, the driver was aware of his behavior and promised not to repeat it.

According to the officer handling the case of Road Traffic Police Team No. 2, based on Point d, Clause 5, Article 5 of Decree 100/2019/ND-CP amended by Point d, Clause 34, Article 2 of Decree 123/2021/ND-CP, for the act of overtaking in cases where overtaking is not allowed, TVT drivers will be fined from 4-6 million VND and have their driving license revoked for 1-3 months.
