Signing of the cooperation agreement for the implementation of social insurance policies.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of June 3rd, the Nghe An Social Insurance Agency and the Party Committee of the Provincial Enterprise Bloc held a conference to sign a cooperation agreement for 2015.

The leaders of the two units signed the cooperation agreement.

According to assessments, over the two years (2013-2014) of implementing the coordinated program between the two units, the number of businesses with Party organizations under the Party Committee of the Business Sector with outstanding social insurance debts has not shown a downward trend. Coordination in disseminating information and explaining social insurance and health insurance policies to employees in these businesses has been limited, and inspections of units with outstanding social insurance and health insurance debts have not been frequent enough.

Therefore, in the 2015 cooperation program, the Provincial Social Insurance Agency and the Provincial Party Committee of the Enterprise Bloc focused on the following contents: Coordinating the dissemination of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance policies and workplace dialogue; coordinating the inspection and supervision of the implementation of the Health Insurance Law and the Employment Law; strengthening grassroots Party organizations and resolving citizens' complaints.

For units with long-standing social insurance debt, in addition to applying administrative penalties for violations, the Party Committee of the Enterprise Bloc will consider and handle disciplinary action against each party member and party organization in accordance with Regulation No. 181-QD/TU dated March 30, 2013, of the Politburo on handling disciplinary action against violating party members, and will also exclude units with social insurance debt from the year-end emulation review.
