Mr. Nguyen Minh Hung - Party Secretary, Director of the Department of Industry and Trade of An Giang province, former Deputy Secretary of the Town Party Committee, former Chairman of the People's Committee of Tan Chau town, was disciplined with a warning.

Mr. Hung was disciplined because during his tenure as Deputy Secretary of the Town Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Tan Chau Town for the 2016-2021 term, he lacked inspection and supervision; improperly and incompletely performed assigned duties and responsibilities; did not develop the Working Regulations of the People's Committee of Tan Chau Town for the 2016-2021 term; improperly implemented the working regime of the Standing Committee of the People's Committee of Tan Chau Town; directed the implementation of the investment policy for the headquarters of Long Thanh A Hamlet, Long Thanh Ward (Tan Chau Town, An Giang Province) without following the correct procedures and processes, allowing subordinates to manage and use funds in violation of financial and accounting regulations; lacked exemplary performance in implementing the Party cell's living regime; declared assets and income incompletely, unclearly, and not in accordance with regulations.

Ms. Truong Thi Kim Tu - Party Committee member, Head of Finance - Accounting Department of An Giang Vocational College, was disciplined with a warning for not fully performing the assigned duties and tasks in managing finances and accounting books; not advising the School Board of Directors on allocating 40% from career revenue to implement salary reform in the period of 2014 - 2018; not advising, proposing, and amending the payment of seniority allowances for teachers and 25% teaching incentives for the wrong beneficiaries./.
