Disciplinary action against a series of district leaders and the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Thanh Hoa province
On September 21, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee issued a notice of disciplinary action against leaders of Ha Trung and Tinh Gia districts and the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Thanh Hoa province.

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission and the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee decided to discipline Mr. Le Nhu Tuan, former member of the Provincial Party Committee and former Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Thanh Hoa province with a warning; Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Trung district; Mr. Le Tien Dung, Member of the District Party Committee's Standing Committee and Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Trung district; and Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Tinh Gia district.
The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission and the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee decided to discipline Mr. Pham Van Nhiem, District Party Committee member and Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Tinh Gia district, by reprimand.
The Standing Committee of Ha Trung District Party Committee and the Standing Committee of Tinh Gia District Party Committee have shortcomings and violations, but not to the extent that one of the disciplinary measures must be applied; request review, experience drawing and development of a plan to overcome and correct.
The Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee also decided to discipline Mr. Hoang Van The, Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tam, member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Ha Trung District, former Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Ha Trung District; and Mr. Nguyen Van Thinh, member of the District Party Committee, Head of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Ha Trung District, with a warning.
The Inspection Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies also decided to discipline comrade Nguyen Huy Thanh, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Cell, Head of the Organization and Personnel Department of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, with a warning.
Previously, the inspection teams reported the inspection results when there were signs of violations of the Regulations on what party members are not allowed to do in performing their assigned duties and tasks and proposed to consider and discipline a number of party organizations and cadres and party members with shortcomings and violations in Tinh Gia district, Ha Trung district and the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; based on the content, nature, level, harm and causes of shortcomings and violations, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Inspection Committee and the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc issued disciplinary decisions for the above cases.
