On the evening of September 25, the Youth Union of Quang Trung Ward (Vinh City Youth Union) organized a Youth Union meeting for union members and team members in the ward to celebrate the 110th anniversary of the birth of comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Khai (September 30, 1910 - September 30, 2020) and welcome the 19th Nghe An Provincial Party Congress.

In Quang Trung ward, there is a memorial house for comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Khai. Every year, local agencies, departments and branches inside and outside the province organize flower and incense offerings on the comrade's birthday and death anniversary and on holidays and Tet.

The whole Union meetingSeptember 2020 was organized enthusiastically with many diverse and rich forms, attracting a large number of union members and young people to participate with many meaningful contents such as: Protecting the Party's ideological foundation, refuting the wrong views of hostile forces in the new situation; propagating the history of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, the results achieved in various fields during the 2015 - 2020 term of the province.
