Ky Son provides 500 digital terrestrial TV receivers to poor households

(Baonghean.vn) - Implementing the National Target Program on Radio and Television coverage in remote, isolated and border areas in 2016, in three days, from September 26 to 29, Ky Son district organized the distribution and installation of 500 satellite TV signal receivers for poor and near-poor households in the district.

The program aims to gradually cover radio and television broadcasting to remote and special areas, thereby carrying out propaganda work on the Party and State's guidelines and policies; updating information, raising awareness and cultural and spiritual life for ethnic minorities.

500 digital TV signal receivers were given to poor households by Ky Son district.

Each family is supported with 01 digital satellite TV receiver with 1 parabolic receiver and connecting cable with a maximum length of 15 meters and a 12-month warranty from the date the family receives the digital TV receiver.
