On the evening of October 20th, the Ky Son District People's Committee urgently evacuated 281 households from the communes of Muong Tip, Muong Ai, Bao Nam, and Chieu Luu.

According to a report from the Ky Son District People's Committee, the district has relocated 281 households from the communes of Muong Tip, Muong Ai, Bao Nam, and Chieu Luu to safe areas. The communes with the highest number of relocated households include: Muong Tip commune with 64 households and 346 people; Muong Ai commune with 75 households and 403 people; and Bao Nam commune with 35 households and 150 people... Fearing landslides, residents in Tuong Duong are being evacuated.
(Baonghean.vn) - Over the past few days, heavy rains have continuously fallen in Tam Quang border commune in particular and Tuong Duong district in general, leading to a very high risk of landslides. Border guards and officials of Tam Quang border commune have helped many households at risk of landslides to move to safe locations.
