The pig breeding program is coordinated between the Provincial Farmers' Association and the Nghe An Border Guard Command. Recently, the Border Guard Stations have invested in raising and producing pig breeds to supply poor households in the border areas. Each Border Guard Station has received financial support of over 300 million VND to build barns and source of breeding pigs.
Although the material support for families is not large, it is a driving force to help people have the opportunity to develop livestock farming, generate income, and stabilize their lives.
