Ky Son urgently prepares for Pu Nha Thau Festival 2023

Due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, many entertainment, cultural, artistic and festival activities have been suspended over the past 3 years. In 2023,Pu Nha Thau Festivalin the border district of Ky Son will be held again at the district level. To prepare for this year's festival, preparations are being urgently carried out by the people and related sectors, completed and waiting for the opening day.

According to the plan, Pu Nha Thau Festival will be held on 2 days (February 14 and 15, or January 24 and 25), including both the ceremony and the festival. The ceremony includes: Proclamation Ceremony, Procession Ceremony, Buffalo Sacrifice Ceremony, Grand Sacrifice Ceremony; The festival part is imbued with the national identity of the highland people.Ky Son: Art performance with the participation of 21 communes and towns; beautiful camp contest; folk games such as crossbow shooting, throwing con, pushing sticks, tug of war...; contest of people wearing beautiful costumes of units in the district, campfire exchange...

These days, the Party Committee and government of Huu Kiem commune, the locality where Pu Nha Thau temple is located, are mobilizing maximum forces to participate in carrying out assigned tasks.
