Ky Son summarizes regional defense exercise.
(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of August 7, 2013, Ky Son district held a conference to summarize and draw lessons from the 2013 district-level defense zone exercise.
The exercise achieved its objectives and requirements. Accordingly, at the conclusion of the exercise, the Party and mass organizations demonstrated improved leadership and guidance capacity of the District Party Committee, the role of the District Party Secretary, and the advisory capabilities of agencies, departments, and mass organizations. Throughout the exercise, the Chairman of the District People's Council and the Chairman of the District People's Committee thoroughly grasped their functions and duties, prepared well, and demonstrated their leadership and management roles in making sound decisions and directing relevant agencies to implement necessary measures to ensure the maintenance of political and security stability.
Furthermore, the communes and towns participating in the exercise demonstrated a high degree of unity and synchronization in receiving directives, orders, and instructions from higher levels, while also carrying out the tasks in the correct order, effectively utilizing the leadership and management mechanisms of the Party committees and government, and the advisory role of various departments, agencies, and mass organizations.

At the concluding conference, 19 individuals and 39 collectives were awarded Certificates of Commendation by the District Party Committee for their outstanding achievements in the district's regional defense exercise.
