To get 4 points, students must write well, have emotions and have a deep understanding of the poem as well as Uncle Ho.

Observations at the examination sites show that security and order are focused on ensuring that the examination takes place seriously and safely. In addition, localities have also proactively mobilized additional security forces, militia, and commune police to participate in protecting the outer perimeter, absolutely not allowing the situation of parents breaking the fence and throwing cheat sheets like many years ago. In Thai Hoa Town, to support the candidates, volunteer student teams in the wards and communes have also been mobilized. One group is always on duty at the bus station to help relatives and candidates find the exam venue after getting off the bus and support motorbike taxis when necessary. The remaining groups are concentrated at schools to ensure traffic safety and order, advise candidates before entering to do procedures and help keep books, clothes and drinking water.
