Vietnam's representative is Miss Ao Dai 2014 Tran Ngoc Lan Khue. She was born in 1992, is 1.76 m tall with measurements of 84-60-88. Lan Khue studied German at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Ho Chi Minh City. She won third prize in the 2012 Asian Supermodel contest and the 2013 Vietnam Supermodel Gold Prize.

On November 21, Lan Khue left for China to attend the Miss World pageant. She shared with her fans on Facebook: "So sad. Children from far away provinces came to see Khue Khue off. Some children asked for leave from school to run to the airport. I couldn't meet them, but I felt their love and support. I was so touched. Lan Khue also received high votes on the beauty website Missosology. The Vietnamese representative was ranked second, just behind the Portuguese beauty.
