“The special feature of students at the Ethnic Boarding High School No. 2 is that they live in remote districts, so traveling is difficult. Therefore, coming to the school to apply for an ID card helps them save time traveling and waiting, and spend more time studying,” said Senior Lieutenant Hoang Le Anh - Secretary of the Provincial Police Youth Union.

On the morning of March 23, 194 students aged 14 and over completed their ID card applications. According to regulations, they will receive their ID cards after 15 days.
