Having sex more often does not necessarily make you happier.
Having more sex doesn't make you happier, and may even have the opposite effect, American scientists have found.
Scientists at Carnegie Mellon University (USA) conducted a study on the impact of sexual frequency.to the health and mood of couples. They found that "making love" a lot can kill sexual desire instead of promoting the need as many people think.
To reach this conclusion, they studied 64 couples aged 35-65. The couples were divided into 2 groups: The first group did not change the number of times they had sex, the second group doubled the number of times they had sex. The trial period lasted 3 months, the couples recorded the number of times they had sex, the level of desire, the level of enjoyment and satisfaction of each individual. The results showed that the second group increased the number of times they had sex but the level of satisfaction, satisfaction and desire decreased.decreased at an alarming rate.

What matters is whether you are satisfied each time, not how many times. |
George Leowenstein, professor of economics and psychology at Carnegie Mellon University, said that increasing the frequency of sexual intercourse is seen as a compulsion, inhibiting sexual desire. To be happy, couples should focus on the quality of sex instead of the quantity.
