The Investigation Police Agency of Vinh Cuu District Police has detained Nguyen Chi Manh, who is hiding in Tan Mai Ward, Bien Hoa City, and seized 1 computer, 1 color printer, 1 scanner, 2 mobile phones, and 2 motorbikes used to forge and trade the above documents.
