Clarifying the responsibilities of sectors in handling voters' petitions
(Baonghean.vn) - According to Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Nguyen Thanh Hien, the response rate of voters' petitions by the sectors is high. However, the response content has not focused on clarifying how the problem is resolved, the responsibilities of the levels and sectors, and the explanation has not really solved the problem.
On the morning of May 16, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation had a working session with the Provincial People's Committee at the 7th session of the 14th National Assembly. Attending the meeting were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Le Hong Vinh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Huu Cau - Director of the Provincial Police; Deputy Heads of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation: Nguyen Thanh Hien, Tran Van Mao; leaders of provincial departments, branches and sectors.
Not thoroughly resolvedSpeaking at the meeting, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Nguyen Thanh Hien highly appreciated the recent direction of the Provincial People's Committee to departments and branches to resolve issues of concern and recommendations from voters, creating consensus among the people, contributing to the socio-economic development of the province.

Emphasizing that at the 7th session of the 14th National Assembly, the National Assembly will pass many important laws related to people's lives as well as cadres and civil servants, the Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation said that some opinions and recommendations of voters have not been completely resolved or have been resolved slowly; requesting that in the coming time, the Provincial People's Committee pay attention to directing branches and localities to review, respond and resolve promptly.

“The sectors responded to voters’ petitions at a high rate, however, the responses were still based on citing documents to explain without focusing on clarifying how to resolve the issue, the responsibilities of the levels and sectors, and the explanations did not really resolve the issue. The handling of the conclusions after supervision by the levels and sectors did not meet the requirements” - Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation commented.
Regarding the province's recommendations on implementing many pending Law projects that affect the development process, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation will receive and synthesize recommendations with the National Assembly, the Government as well as central ministries and branches.

Industries need to closely follow and thoroughly resolve the issue.
Previously, the Provincial People's Committee reported to the Provincial National Assembly Delegation on the socio-economic situation in the first four months of the year and key tasks in the coming time.
From the difficulties in the implementation of the Law, the Provincial People's Committee proposed that through the session forum, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation should propose to have unified and synchronous regulations between the Investment Law and the Law on Real Estate Business, the Housing Law; the Bidding Law and the Land Law, the Environmental Law, etc.
At the meeting, a number of voters' recommendations were explained and clarified by leaders of relevant sectors.
Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh received opinions from delegates in the delegation.
Regarding the direction and administration of the Provincial People's Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh also affirmed that the Provincial People's Committee will continue to make efforts in direction and administration to complete the socio-economic development targets and plans of the province in the first 6 months and for the whole year of 2019.
Regarding the proposals and recommendations of voters compiled by the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed that the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee will continue to thoroughly direct departments and branches to focus on urgently resolving, promptly removing, and promptly resolving issues of concern and recommendations of voters.
