First time car buyers, 63% of customers do not check the car before paying
Survey shows that most first-time car buyers in this country do not bother to inspect the car before paying and half of them do not know how to test drive a car.
The survey was conducted by car review site Parkers (UK) with 1,000 people.first-time car buyers. Accordingly, these new drivers trust their first car. Up to 63% of respondents do not inspect the car when paying.
Meanwhile, 70% admitted to not knowing much about cars and not knowing what they wanted in their first car. 15% said they were too busy to check the car's operating history.

Figures from Parkers show that around 578,000 people took up driving licences in the UK between April 2018 and March 2019. On average, if each person spent3,790 USDbuy used car, the amount of money to buy the car will be up to2.2 billion USD.
Parkers has come up with a number of tips to help first-time car buyers get the car they want.
Accordingly, before buying a used car, buyers need to check the vehicle's operating history, see what problems it has had before, and if there are any issues that need attention.

A test drive is also an important step to check if the car is running smoothly. Some signs include no black smoke coming from the exhaust, a smooth engine sound, and no warning lights on.
The next step is to check the coolant, engine oil and brake fluid. If you are unsure, it is best to ask someone who knows about cars to check it for you.

Take the car for a test drive on a straight road. If the car pulls to the left or right, it may have been in an accident or had poor repairs. Either way, misalignment will cause premature wheel wear and make your car unsafe.
