For the first time, provincial leaders will meet with heads of communes, wards and towns.

On the morning of April 10, under the chairmanship of comrade Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held a meeting of the Organizing Committee of the Meeting Program between the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and heads of Party committees and authorities of communes, wards and towns in Nghe An province in 2018.

Accordingly, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee will organize a meeting between the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the heads of the Party Committees and authorities of 480 communes, wards and towns in the province. The program is expected to be held in May 2018, at the Vinh City Labor Culture House with the participation of 1,169 delegates.

The program will include the following activities: Incense offering ceremony in memory of President Ho Chi Minh at Ho Chi Minh Square; intimate meeting between provincial leaders and all delegates; art program "Remembering Uncle Ho in May"; discussion between the Provincial Party Standing Committee and delegates...

The program aims to promote the role of Party committees and grassroots authorities in implementing political tasks. At the same time, it raises awareness, political capacity, and sense of responsibility for key grassroots cadres, thereby creating changes from awareness to action, motivating each cadre and party member to work better, more responsibly, and serve the people better. It creates high determination in the entire political system, contributing to the successful implementation of the goals and tasks set out in the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress.

Strengthen meetings and contacts between the Provincial Party Standing Committee and grassroots authorities, aiming at the goal of unifying viewpoints, thoughts and actions in the entire political system. Enhance the leadership role of Party committees in building and consolidating the grassroots political system, promote the role of the Fatherland Front and people's organizations, and create a combined strength in building the great national unity bloc.

The Provincial Party Standing Committee issues a plan, assigns the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee to preside over advising on plans, contents, script programs, assigns tasks to coordinate with relevant units to effectively organize and implement activities.

At the meeting, representatives of departments, branches and sectors contributed ideas to complete the plan, clearly assigning tasks to each department, branch, sector, district, city and town so that the meeting program between the Provincial Party Standing Committee and heads of Party committees and authorities of communes, wards and towns in the province could be organized in a quality and scientific manner to meet the set goals.

Concluding the meeting, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Xuan Son shared the difficulties and hardships of grassroots cadres. He emphasized that this was the first time the Standing Provincial Party Committee organized a meeting program with the heads of Party committees and authorities of communes, wards and towns. Through this program, it was aimed at encouraging and sharing; enhancing exchanges between provincial leaders; listening to the thoughts and aspirations of grassroots cadres, creating consensus and high solidarity from the province to the grassroots, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Son requested the host unit, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, and the assigned departments, branches and sectors to receive comments and contributions at the meeting to complete the script, content, and program, and effectively and qualitatively implement the assigned tasks so that the meeting can take place thoughtfully and safely, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere, leaving a good impression.
