7 communes of 4 districts and towns were considered and voted by the Appraisal Council to be recognized as meeting the NTM standards in 2017: Quynh Giang (Quynh Luu), Quynh Lap (Hoang Mai Town), Vinh Thanh, Bao Thanh, Dong Thanh (Yen Thanh), Hung Long, Hung My (Hung Nguyen).
The summary report of the Provincial Office of the New Rural Development Program said that in 2017, these 7 localities had many good and creative ways of doing things, mobilizing resources to complete 19/19 criteria.
According to reports from the People's Committees of communes and inspections from the People's Committees of districts, all 7 communes above have no outstanding debts in basic construction in the construction of new rural areas.
Through voting, 18 council members unanimously recognized the above 7 communes as meeting new rural standards.
