First time organizing the Spring Harmony program

On January 29, 2016, at Ho Chi Minh City Theater, there will be a concert called “Fusion Spring Melodies - Spring Harmony” which has been researched by composer Tran Manh Hung for many years. The program will perform 11 instrumental works with a multi-style musical language, blending Asian and European music.

Introducing the Spring Symphony program

Built on the idea of ​​combining Vietnamese folk music melodies with classical musicEnjoy the world, the program brings listeners new inspiration about traditional music that seems familiar but is led and experienced with creativity, novelty and attraction.

Composer Tran Manh Hung affirmed: “Although these 11 pieces cannot fully express the diversity of Vietnamese folk music. However, that is also a part of what we want to contribute to building respect for traditional culture for the Vietnamese people and helping the international public have a better impression of a charming and vibrant Vietnam."

The concert “Fusion Spring Melodies - Spring Harmony” was organized by OSSSO company, with the help and support of composer Tran Manh Hung's friends such as director Tat My Loan, conductor Nguyen Viet Trung (director of Ho Chi Minh City Ballet Symphony Orchestra and Opera), Meritorious Artist Tran Vuong Thach, musician Nguyen Hoang Kim Quang, music expert Nhat Ly and artist Cao Ho Nga.
