The contest also received assistance and support from the Group of French-speaking Embassies and International Delegations in Vietnam (GADIF) and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
With the theme “The Power of Words,” the contest aims to encourage young people to use the diversity and richness of the French language to write about Vietnam, through their articles introducing it to French-speaking readers or expressing their feelings and perspectives on the country, landscape, culture and people of Vietnam.
Each contestant must submit a completed entry form, a copy of their ID card or passport, and their entries. Each author may submit up to 5 entries, which may be a series of entries with the same theme.

The photos may be taken by the author or by someone else, for which the author has the right to use and Le Courrier du Vietnam has the right to publish.
