The Borderline Episode 13: Trien's clever move and Chan's incident
Development of The Border episode 13: Trien cleverly uses the former Provincial Chairman's hand to resolve the Trinh Tam project's problems, while Chan suddenly falls into critical condition in the hospital.
Episode 13 of the movie "The Borderline" witnessed Trien's strategic steps in resolving the crisis at the Trinh Tam apartment project, while revealing tense details related to the gambling case and Chan's health.
Trien's move through the former Provincial Chairman
Faced with a deadlock in granting pink books to Trinh Tam apartment residents, when the Director of the Land Registration Office, Van, refused to sign the approval due to lack of direction, Trien made a clever move. He visited Mr. Than, the former Chairman of the province, following the instructions of Chairman Thuy.

Here, Trien recalled the Ho Ngoc renovation project, a plan initiated by Mr. Than when he was in office. Understanding the psychology of the former leader, Trien proposed an exchange. He suggested that if Mr. Than's son, Van, could smoothly handle the issue of granting pink books for the Trinh Tam project, it would be an important achievement, creating a premise for the location to implement the Ho Ngoc project.
"If our Van can handle this matter neatly, I think everything will be fine," Trien persuaded. Mr. Than, with his political experience, clearly understood that this was a necessary "leap" for his son's career.
Chairman Thuy publicly supports
In a frank exchange with Mr. Son, Chairman Thuy did not hesitate to express his trust in Trien. He highly appreciated Trien's work-solving mindset and ability to turn challenges into opportunities.

"I think among the three people, Trien is the best choice," Mr. Thuy affirmed, showing his clear support for his subordinate.
New clues in the trillion-dollar case
The police discovered important clues from the seized documents. Some strange characters matched the characters in the unusual transaction report of Vien Vinh company, related to a group specializing in providing technology solutions for online betting floors. The data showed signs of reinvestment in a new, larger-scale line.

However, the current evidence is only printed, not convincing enough in court. The police also received a video recording of Vien buying drugs but determining his hiding place is still difficult.
Chan's health is taking an unusual turn.
At the hospital, Thu was surprised to see her husband, Chan, transferred to a much better room without any request from the family. The hospital director said this was a direct order from him. Chan's health showed signs of instability with high liver enzymes and fatty liver.

Although Chan reassured his wife that he was fine, his condition suddenly took a turn for the worse. Thu was shocked to see her husband in critical condition and had to call an ambulance, ending the episode on a dramatic note.
Further developments will be revealed in episode 14 of "The Borderline", broadcast at 9:00 p.m. on November 19 on VTV1.
