Spread the campaign "5 no, 3 clean"
(Baonghean) - The campaign "Building a family of 5 no's, 3 clean's" implemented by the Women's Union of Dien Chau district has gradually achieved many positive results. The Union at all levels not only supports members in building a prosperous, equal, progressive, and happy family but also contributes to the community in joining hands to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas.
Build multiple effective models
Implementing the campaign to build a family with 5 nos (no poverty, no violations of the law and social evils, no domestic violence, no violations of population policy, no malnourished and dropout children) and 3 cleans (clean house, clean alley, clean environment), the District Women's Union built models according to criteria suitable to the reality at the grassroots level. As a locality with a long-standing tradition of seafood exploitation and processing, most women in the coastal commune of Dien Bich are enthusiastic about participating in the seafood processing model.

In addition, members also support each other with working days, creating jobs for members in the Club.
Currently, the club has 45 members, creating jobs for about 50 female members. Of which, 5 households create regular jobs for 7 women; average income of 3 million VND/month. Typical examples are the families of Ms. Le Thi Thuy (Bac Chien Thang hamlet), Hoang Thi Bo (Hai Trung hamlet); Vo Thi Oanh (Quyet Thanh hamlet) with an average profit of 100 - 120 million VND/year from the profession. Ms. Nguyen Thi Lien - President of the Women's Union of Dien Bich commune said: The club has become an effective bridge in exchanging production experiences; helping women improve their income and living standards. In Dien Chau district, there are many effective women's club models operating in Dien Bich, Dien Ngoc, Dien Kim, Dien Thap communes... The Women's Union also proactively implements training programs, transfers of science and technology, changes in production models, and increases economic efficiency for families.
