For the past 20 years, Party member Cao Tien Gia - Party Cell 21, Dien Phu Commune Party Committee has continuously researched and preserved to obtain over 300 photos and thousands of pages of valuable documents about Uncle Ho. This invaluable source of documents not only shows his affection and respect for Uncle Ho but also urges him to live exemplary, motivate and encourage people to do many useful things for their families and society. For a long time, his bookshelf has become a valuable repository of documents for people to come and learn about Uncle Ho and learn new knowledge and scientific and technological advances to apply to production and livestock farming. Thanks to Uncle Gia's example, many households in Hamlet 21 have learned and followed and become typical hamlets of the commune in applying new scientific and technological advances to the fields, especially in the movement of donating land to build new rural areas, 11 exemplary households have donated nearly 400m2 of garden land, creating conditions for the commune to complete 1km of rural roads meeting new rural standards.

At the Party cell of Hamlet 11 AB, Dien Thinh commune, the specific actions of Party cell secretary Nguyen Quang Nam that benefited the people have created a ripple effect among the parishioners. In the work of land consolidation and plot exchange, comrade Nam not only set an example, taking on the bad land for himself, but also actively propagated and mobilized the parishioners to agree. With the "slow and steady wins the race" approach, Secretary Nguyen Quang Nam went to every house to propagate the benefits and advantages of building a high-income field model, so the families put aside their concerns and agreed to the conversion. In just a short time, more than 80 hectares of land in the village were divided and handed over to each household. Along with that, Hamlet 11 AB is also a typical example in the patriotic emulation movement of Catholics in Dien Chau. Up to now, the parish has had 20 economic models with an income of over 100 million VND/year and is the leading unit in the new rural construction movement, each household contributes from 500 to 1 million VND, closing 100% of the village roads. To do this, the Party cell secretary himself is always steadfast in his ideology, taking the lead, doing it first to create trust, then coordinating with the Parish Executive Committee to propagate to the people. Comrade Nguyen Quang Nam confided: "With specific actions, people will listen and follow, "One action is worth a thousand words".

Shining examples like Comrade Gia and Comrade Quang are increasingly spreading in Dien Chau district. Since the beginning of 2013, 81 grassroots party organizations and 657 party cells have built nearly 800 typical examples in various fields. In addition, 176 key cadres and leaders at all levels have registered to set examples. The grassroots party organizations have also linked the implementation of Directive 03 with Resolution 4 of the Central Committee, which has contributed to resolving many complicated and prolonged cases. The district level has basically completed 17 complicated cases; the commune and town levels have resolved 365/376 cases that needed to be done immediately. The daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility of typical examples following Uncle Ho's teachings has sparked many emulation movements in agencies and units.
